Benvenù is a free guide that helps newcomers through Italian bureaucracy in Milan. It's independent: it isn't a government service and isn't connected to any public office, university or embassy.
Information, not legal advice
The information in the app is general. It isn't legal advice and doesn't replace advice from a lawyer, a CAF, your university or the office involved. Rules, fees and procedures change, and offices sometimes work differently from one another. Before you act, check the official source linked on each step.
Keeping it accurate
We work to keep the information accurate and up to date, and we mark steps we haven't checked against an official source yet. We can't guarantee how every office handles every case. If something was different for you, tell us with "Something different for you?" so we can fix it.
Links to other websites
The app links to official websites, maps and other services. Their owners are responsible for their content, availability and privacy practices.
Some links may be referral links. We'll mark them clearly, and we may earn a commission if you use them. Benvenù doesn't track who taps them.
Your data
Your answers, progress, plans and notes stay on your phone; the privacy policy explains the details. You can stop using the app at any time, and delete all your data with "Reset all data" in Settings or by uninstalling the app.
Your rights
Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have as a consumer under Italian and European Union law.
Law
These terms are governed by Italian law. If you live in another country, this doesn't take away the protection its mandatory consumer rules give you.
Changes
If these terms change, we'll publish the new version here with a new date.
